Adult Support Specialist

iPeople SC Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Adult Support Specialist to join their team based in Camborne, Cornwall.
The salary for this exciting opportunity is £32 per hour.
This role is open to both full-time and part-time applicants (18 hours) and is based at Dolcoath, covering Camborne and Redruth.
About the Role:
- The successful candidate will have extensive experience working with adults across various age groups, including those with learning disabilities and older adults.
- They will possess strong assessment and support planning skills, ensuring clients receive tailored care.
- The ideal candidate will be able to foster effective partnerships to deliver innovative solutions that improve community outcomes.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Teams and Mosaic is a must.
