Mental Health Support Specialist

About the Role:
As a Mental Health Support Worker with RGB Recruitment, you will be working in a housing environment to ensure the safety and wellbeing of vulnerable customers. Our client aims to enable local companies to recruit the workforce they need from their communities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Providing support to customers living in the community who have severe and enduring mental health diagnoses
- Working closely with specialist providers to deliver support to customers, helping them to further independence, access local services, and enjoy being part of their local community
- Providing appropriate care in line with each customer's personal Support plan
- Being a Key Person for supporting people with health needs, including addiction
- Developing and maintaining relationships and being comfortable liaising with referral partners (local Mental Health Teams and Adult Social Care in Cornwall Council)
