Our Nursing Team

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at St Martin's. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized care to our residents, based on their individual needs and preferences
  • Develop and implement care plans, working in collaboration with our healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of kindness and compassion
  • Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible care for our residents

You and Your Skills

  • Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
  • Experience of working in a clinical setting, preferably in a care home environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and residents
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive difference in the lives of others
