Sales and Revenue Lead

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Revenue and Sales Manager to join our team at Pub and Dining - Stonegate Group. As a key contributor, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and supporting our general managers across our small hotels estate nationwide.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement hotel strategies to drive revenue growth
- Manage the small hotel sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Provide risk management support and manage hotel amenity budgets
- Maintain weekly reports to the Operations Director
The ideal candidate will have experience working within hotels, preferably in a Deputy Manager or General Manager role, and be looking to extend their knowledge in the sales team. They should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as strong project management skills.
This is a remote opportunity that offers an estimated salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
