As a Commercial Sales Manager at Norton Motorcycle Co., you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue within your designated geographic area. This exciting opportunity requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record of success in sales management.

Key responsibilities will include managing relationships with sales partners, maintaining sales partner operating standards, reporting on sales partner sales activities, leading the sales of motorcycles and genuine parts, and identifying new sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years account management experience, a fully qualified UK motorcycle license, and excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify sales trends. Additionally, they should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including private medical insurance, life insurance, and access to our Employee Assistance Programme.
