Technical Sales Support Professional

We are looking for a skilled sales professional to join our team at Trane UK Ltd. As a sales engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the external sales team by conducting various duties in a timely manner.
Main Responsibilities:- Handle incoming sales calls and take notes for distribution to relevant sales engineers.
- Provide quotations to customers in a timely manner.
- Assist with the selection and provision of technical specifications for ancillary equipment.
- Produce draft quote templates as required.
- Evaluate export enquiries and administer/distribute where relevant.
- Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience of working in a technical environment.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Customer service experience and good telephone manner.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
