Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Professional to join our team at Northamber PLC. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing revenue, expanding our product portfolio, and delivering exceptional customer service to our reseller partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve personal sales and margin targets through proactive sales efforts and effective relationship-building with resellers.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with resellers, identifying new business opportunities and upselling existing products.
  3. Work closely with the sales floor to provide expert support and guidance on product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
  4. Proactively contact resellers to create new business relationships and ensure Northamber is their first call for product needs.
  5. Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of the AV distribution market.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with resellers and internal stakeholders.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  5. Knowledge of CRM systems and data analysis tools, with experience in using them to drive sales performance.
