About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Services Professional to join our team in Basingstoke. As a key member of our Customer Relationship Centre team, you will provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

You will be responsible for operating as one of the CRC system experts, supporting customers via telephone, email, remote support applications, and on-site support as required. Your primary focus will be on resolving technical complaints and issues, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy throughout all interactions.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong background in electronic engineering, preferably at ONC level or above.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to operate within SOPs surrounding Technical Complaint Handling, associated procedures, and best working practices.
