We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team as the Global Head of Business Development. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the expansion of our company within the financial services education sector.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging new leads, building pipelines, tracking prospects, and converting them into clients. Additionally, they will be managing and developing processes for small teams in Hong Kong, ensuring cohesion and peak performance across different geographies.
Key Responsibilities- Revenue Generation: Identify prospective clients and generate recurring revenues in the UK.
- Team Management: Lead and manage international teams, ensuring cohesion and peak performance across different geographies.
- Sales Practices: Implement robust relationship-based sales practices and processes across all Business Development teams.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture high-value relationships within the financial services provider industry through networking and attending events.
- Business Development: Strategically expand the company's global footprint through innovative business development initiatives.
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record in business development within the financial services provider industry, with a strong preference for candidates possessing experience in sales related to tech, industry media, accounting, or fund administration.
- Relationship Building: Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills, with a proven ability to engage with and influence key stakeholders.
- Team Management: Experience in managing a Business Development team, with a flair for leadership that can transcend cultural and geographical boundaries.
