Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Business Development Manager to lead and execute our global expansion strategy. This role will focus on identifying new markets, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across different regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, a deep understanding of global market dynamics, and a passion for innovative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive international business development strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead negotiations for strategic partnerships, collaborations, and large-scale project contracts.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, product development, and design teams to tailor offerings to regional needs.
  • Represent our client at international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and business practices in each region.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on market performance and business opportunities to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in international business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, ideally in the interior design, construction, or architecture industries.
  • Possess pre-existing client base within the commercial real estate sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully expanding business into new international markets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet partners and clients worldwide.
