We are expanding our global team and seeking a Aerospace & Defence Business Development Manager to bring their wider knowledge and help us get our product and service more widely known and used.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities for business growth.
  2. Lead Generation: Proactively seek out new leads and opportunities through various channels, including networking events, LinkedIn, webinars, etc.
  3. Client Acquisition: Develop proposals aligned with client needs and work closely with the legal team to ensure alignment.
  4. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and interactions in Pipedrive.
  5. Reporting and Analysis: Use Pipedrive to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities.
Requirements
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or related fields.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Pipedrive.
