We're searching for a talented Global Expansion Manager to lead our EMEA Business Development team, targeting large enterprise clients with $1B+ in annual revenue. As a critical member of our sales force, you'll drive growth, build relationships, and achieve quota-based performance.

About the Job:

  • Drive global expansion through net new opportunities with C-level stakeholders across assigned territories.
  • Convert prospects into active Garter clients, owning full sales conversations and negotiations.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline, ensuring delivery against sales metrics.
  • Manage complex high-revenue sales across matrix environments.
  • Exercise accurate forecasting.

About You:

  • Proven track record in value-based sales processes.
  • Strong intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen.
  • C-level relationship-building experience within large enterprises.
  • Excellent computer proficiency and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with the sales process lifecycle.
