Job Title: Global In-Store Expansion Manager
">We're seeking a highly skilled Global In-Store Expansion Manager to drive our company's growth by commercializing strategic initiatives and fueling expansion into new countries.
About the Team:
The Enterprise Commercialization Team is responsible for driving global growth through commercialization of strategic initiatives and expansion into new countries. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in scaling Worldpay's existing In-Store proposition while being a key partner in driving Worldpay's in-store expansion strategy.
Sales Enablement:
- Enable the sales team to effectively sell new in-store solutions by providing technical expertise and support.
- Develop sales collateral, training materials, and product documentation tailored to specific international markets.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate the sales team on new products, features, and market-specific considerations.
Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and partners in target countries.
- Collaborate with the Worldpay Partnership Team to identify and secure strategic partnerships for international expansion.
- Represent Worldpay at industry conferences, events, and meetings to promote the company's global presence.
International Market Analysis:
- Identify market trends, regulatory landscapes, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of potential new markets for Worldpay's products and services.
- Evaluate market readiness and potential demand for Worldpay's offerings in each target country.
Expansion Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute strategic expansion plans for entering new countries and launching new in-store products.
- Define in-store market entry strategies, considering factors such as regulatory compliance, localization, and partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, marketing, and sales, to ensure a smooth expansion process.
Technical Product Support:
- Collaborate with product development teams to identify and prioritize product features and enhancements for international expansion.
- Assess technical requirements and feasibility of launching Worldpay's in-store products in new markets.
- Work closely with the product team to define technical roadmaps and ensure open communication channels to keep sales teams updated.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, science, engineering, finance or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
- Proven experience with at least 3 – 5 years in a similar role, preferably with point-of-sale (POS) / in-store experience.
- Understanding of the in-store payments landscape.
- Technical proficiency and ability to understand complex technical concepts and product functionalities.
- Demonstrated ability to balance technical and commercial considerations when making strategic decisions.
- Experience in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and evaluating new market opportunities.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
Location: Remote or office-based in various locations worldwide.
