We're expanding our UK office and seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as a Growth Hacker and Sales Strategist. As a key player in driving our company's expansion, you'll be responsible for developing and applying sales strategies within the B2B market.

What You'll Do:

  1. Develop and apply sales strategies to drive business growth in the B2B market.
  2. Identify and engage with key prospects in our target segments, including landlords, SMEs, and flex operators.
  3. Build relationships with senior executives and decision-makers to drive sales and growth.
  4. Collaborate with our sales operations team to analyze data and improve lead quality.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform our sales strategy.

Who We're Looking For:

  1. Graduate with a degree in a business-related field.
  2. A good communicator and natural networker with a strong track record of building relationships.
  3. Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. A team player with a culture of freedom with responsibility.
  5. A can-do attitude with a high energy level and a passion for shaping the agenda of a new company.
