Transcomm Recruitment, a rapidly expanding event logistics organisation, seeks an experienced sales professional to drive growth in their exhibition services division.
Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned sales executive to build a high-performing sales team from scratch and collaborate closely with our video and social media teams. The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for selling our event-logistics services to new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell exhibition services to new and existing clients through targeted marketing campaigns, phone sales, and face-to-face interactions.
- Establish and lead a sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet targets.
- Work closely with the video and social media teams to develop business strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement sales tactics to exceed targets and contribute to the company's overall success.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, particularly within the events industry. Travel may be required to meet with global clients.
Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of £28k per annum, mileage reimbursement, annual bonus, pension scheme, and international business travel opportunities.
