About the Position:

  • We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our team and drive sales growth.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients and securing new business in line with company targets.
  • As a key member of our sales team, you will provide account management support to existing clients and build up a sales team with additional team members.
  • You will also travel to meet prospects and engage in face-to-face business development.

Compensation Package:

  • A competitive salary of £32,000-£44,000 OTE dependent on skills and experience + uncapped commission + benefits.

  • A driving licence and passport required for regular overseas travel.
