Sales Development Manager

Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for the events industry? Do you have a proven track record of driving growth and developing high-performing sales teams?
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team at Transcomm Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and leading a sales team from the ground up, working closely with our video and social media teams to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a deep understanding of the events industry. You will be responsible for selling our event logistics services to new and existing clients, leveraging your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and drive revenue growth.
You will work closely with our CEO to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, and will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven sales professional to take on a leadership role and drive business growth in a dynamic and rapidly expanding industry.
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000-£35,000 per annum, plus benefits including mileage reimbursement, annual bonus, pension, and international business travel opportunities.
