Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administration Manager to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. This is a maternity cover position, offering an exciting opportunity to work with a leading manufacturer based in Ballymena.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the company's purchase ledger, ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions.
  • Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and other authorized transactions into the purchase ledger.
  • Match invoices to purchase orders/delivery dockets, ensuring seamless reconciliation.
  • Reconcile supplier statements, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Provide reception cover and process documents as required.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience working in a busy administration or accounts department.
  • Familiarity with Sage or similar accounting software.
  • Proven ability to process high-volume purchase ledgers efficiently.
