About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Sales and Partnership Executive to join our team at IC Resources. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the embedded software or open-source industries. You should have a proven track record of successfully managing complex sales pipelines and building strong relationships with customers.

This role requires a deep understanding of embedded software development, open-source tools, and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to clients. You must also possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

A salary range of $90,000 - $140,000 per year reflects the level of expertise and experience required for this position.
