Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to support our sales team and drive growth within the Hospitality sector. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing business within the UK Hospitality sector using existing customer relationships, market research and internal data.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in developing Hospitality customers in the IT industry and have a proven track record of success. You'll need to understand how the Hospitality supply chain works and key customers within Distribution, System integrators and end users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop business within the UK Hospitality sector using existing customer relationships, market research and internal data.
  • Work closely with the internal technical and marketing department to build suitable customer propositions.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of sales opportunities within targeted customers and provide regular feedback to the management team on open opportunities, forecasting and quarterly plans.

Requirements

  • Solid background in developing Hospitality customers in the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Highly driven, passionate and proactive in developing sales opportunities.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated salary of £52,000 - £62,000 per annum based on location and experience, plus excellent benefits and a dynamic working environment.
