About the Role

At Exceptional Care, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Relationship and Partnership Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, charities, and stakeholders while overseeing the planning and execution of events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to foster meaningful connections with partners and stakeholders.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including conferences, workshops, and networking events.
  • Manage event logistics, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to create communication materials and promote events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, regulatory bodies, and more.

Requirements:

  • Experience in relationship management, event planning, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.
  • Excellent digital platform skills.
