Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Key Account Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a high level of service for customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Taking telephone enquiries from new and existing customers
  • Receiving orders and processing them efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth. They will also be required to work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
