As a Complex Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with complex needs in their homes and communities.

About the Role

In this rewarding role, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support services. You will also develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and our colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and support to individuals with complex needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of service user interactions and progress.

Requirements:

  • No prior care experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training and clinical support.
  • Able to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and resilience when working with vulnerable individuals.
