This is an exciting opportunity for a Retirement Living Services Administrator to join our team at Brookside Retirement Living Scheme, a development for people over the age of 55+ in Ormskirk, West Lancashire.

As a key member of our Older People Services (OPS) team, you will provide administrative support to our residents and the public who use our services. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing information, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the OPS team, including file management, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
  • Assist with arranging meetings and taking minutes, as required.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and processes.

Requirements

  • Advanced IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and housing management systems.
  • Proven skills in customer care and administration, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and external partners.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £13,104 for a 21-hour week, plus 25 days (pro-rata for part-time hours) annual leave, Bank Holidays, and a range of benefits, including a contributory pension, healthcare cash plan, and discount scheme.
