**Overview**:

As part of our continued growth and change, we are seeking a dynamic and CEMAP qualified Mortgage Adviser to join our team.

**Pay**:

- OTE of £34,067 per annum
- Enrolment into company bonus scheme if targets met

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive mortgage consultations with clients to understand their financial goals, preferences, and circumstances.
- Analyze and assess clients' financial situations to recommend suitable mortgage products.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on market trends, mortgage products, and industry regulations.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients regarding mortgage options.

**CEMAP Qualification**:

- Utilize your CEMAP qualification to provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the mortgage process.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Provide ongoing support and communication to address client inquiries and concerns.

**Collaboration with Stakeholders**:

- Collaborate with external partners such as estate agents and solicitors to streamline the overall home-buying process.

**Sales Targets**:

- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting mortgage products and services.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling based on clients' financial needs.

**Documentation and Compliance**:

- Ensure all client documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay informed about changes in industry regulations and adapt practices accordingly.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- CEMAP qualification is mandatory.
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, industry regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
