Experienced Estate Agent

**Responsibilities**:
1.Property Listing:

- Conduct market research to determine property value and marketability.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers.
- Create compelling property listings with accurate descriptions and high-quality photos.
- Coordinate property viewings and open houses to showcase listings to prospective buyers.

2.Negotiation:

- Negotiate offers and terms of sale on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the negotiation process.
- Facilitate communication between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to resolve any issues and finalise transactions.

3.Market Knowledge:

- Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Use market insights to advise clients on pricing strategies and property investment opportunities.

4.Client Relationships:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with personalised service and support.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by delivering results that exceed client expectations

5.Company Growth:

- Contribute to the growth and expansion of the company by achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for business development and market expansion.
- Participate in networking events, seminars, and community activities to promote the company's brand and services.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
