At LGMG, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR and Administrative Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our local team, you will be responsible for implementing recruiting strategies, preparing salary structure proposals, and developing local HR strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Directly implement recruiting strategies for salaried employees, ensuring a strong pipeline of top talent.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Prepare salary structure proposals and implement the local payroll process, ensuring compliance with internal standards and local legal provisions.
  • HR and Admin Management: Develop and implement local HR strategies, aligning with local laws and business strategies, and facilitate the annual manpower plan and salary budget review cycle.
  • Training and Development: Develop and administer local training programs, working with managers to identify best utilization of training offerings.
  • Performance Management: Partner with functional and operational leaders to complete performance management and talent management cycles.
  • Operations and Administration: Implement document, official stamp, local official vehicles, and office management, and official supplies purchase.
  • Culture and Engagement: Transition LGMG company culture to local team and improve local team's engagement and satisfaction.
  • Communication: Foster effective communication between employees and location management, resolving employee relations issues with a systematic approach.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree or above in related major.
  2. At least 3 years of relevant work experience, familiar with local laws.
  3. More than 2 years working experience in HR and administrative management position.
  4. Strong learning ability.
  5. Chinese and English fluency both in oral and written.
