**HR Advisor (Liverpool)**

Join a Leading UK Recycling and Waste Management Company as an HR Advisor

Our client is a top player in the UK's recycling and waste management industry, providing sustainable and innovative solutions to our customers. They're looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team in Liverpool and provide HR support to the business. You'll work closely with the Group HR Manager to ensure compliance with employment law and company policies and support the implementation of new digital systems and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and support recruitment processes.
- Provide support for payroll requirements.
- Assist with performance management and review processes.
- Maintain employee records in line with GDPR.
- Participate in disciplinary, grievance, conciliation, and mediation meetings.
- Support site management teams with HR issues.
- Deliver occupational health programs at each site.
- Oversee holiday administration and staff attendance and absence monitoring.
- Administer employee-related paperwork and financial elements such as payroll, compensation, and benefits.
- Provide detailed HR reports to senior management teams.
- Ensure training is up to date in line with Learning and Development.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role (HR Advisor/Assistant).
- CIPD qualification.
- Experience with payroll.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR management practices.
- Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Full clean driving licence.
