This role requires a deep understanding of true scalability, experience implementing strategic partnerships on an international level, and a proven track record in strategic HR planning, talent management, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development to drive business success.
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
  • Manage annual compensation and bonus processes, ensuring fairness and competitiveness in the market.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on international HR business partnering.
  • In-depth knowledge of local employment laws and regulations across multiple international jurisdictions.
