Fleet Focus is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partner Alliance Manager to lead our partner ecosystem growth in the connected camera and telematics sector.

This role involves identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with key partners, resellers, and system integrators to drive business growth through strategic alliances.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partner management, telematics solutions, connected camera technology, and fleet management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development: Develop and execute a partnership strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Account Management: Foster strong relationships with partners, providing them with the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to effectively promote and implement our solutions.
  • Sales Enablement: Work closely with sales teams to provide partners with the necessary support to drive revenue growth.
  • Training and Support: Deliver training programmes for partners to ensure they are well-informed about our products, value propositions, and positioning in the market.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to develop co-branded campaigns, promotional materials, and joint initiatives to increase market demand and awareness.
  • Performance Tracking: Oversee partner performance and sales targets, offering feedback and guidance for continuous improvement and maximising revenue through partnerships.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a Partner Manager, Channel Manager, or Business Development role.
  • Solid knowledge of telematics solutions, connected camera technology, and fleet management systems.
  • Demonstrable experience in driving revenue growth through partner ecosystems and strategic alliances.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships at all levels.
  • Strong analytical abilities and experience using CRM systems to manage partner pipelines and report on performance.
