About the Role
The Liverpool Safeguarding Children Partnership Board seeks a highly experienced Safeguarding Manager to provide strategic leadership and direction for the delivery of statutory and local requirements for multi-agency safeguarding arrangements in Liverpool.
As a key member of the LSCP Strategic board and sub-groups, you will lead the delivery and operation of safeguarding arrangements within statutory responsibilities to multi-agency partners across Liverpool, including strategic business planning and oversight.
Key responsibilities include assisting Chairs of the board in writing reports, procedures, and guidance, as well as advising LSCP members on Safeguarding policy issues and making recommendations for decision-making.
You will also be responsible for collating and analysing data, quality assuring and performance managing reports around rapid reviews and local safeguarding practice reviews, and assisting the process of serious case reviews.
We are looking for an experienced safeguarding manager qualified in social work, nursing, teaching, or policing, with extensive strategic knowledge within a safeguarding setting and experience managing staff in a multi-agency environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,332 - £66,750 per annum, 35 hours per week, full-time, and permanent contract.
