This includes overseeing the LSCP Strategic board and sub-groups, ensuring the efficient creation of reports, procedures, guidance, and public information. The successful candidate will also provide strategic advice to LSCP members on Safeguarding policy issues and make recommendations for decision-making regarding the LSCP's priorities and future direction.
The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, reflecting the senior nature of the position and the required experience. This figure is commensurate with industry standards and takes into account the importance of the role in safeguarding the well-being of vulnerable individuals and communities.
In this capacity, you will be responsible for:
- Collating and analyzing data to produce reports around rapid reviews and local safeguarding practice reviews
- Quality assuring and performance managing reports related to serious case reviews
- Coordinating and chairing multi-disciplinary meetings to develop policies and procedures, performance management, and quality assurance
