As the Head of Partnership and Mentoring, you will be responsible for leading our Initial Teacher Education (ITE) partnership and mentoring work, including managing the professional placement experience for primary and secondary programmes in collaboration with Programme Leaders and the Partnership Team.

You will need to have a strong strategic understanding of the UK teacher education landscape, including regulatory and inspection frameworks. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and collaborate with others.

We offer a competitive salary package, which is estimated to be around £70,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. LJMU is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and communities.
