Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced School Partnership Director to lead the commercial development of our online platform supporting secondary schools in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity to drive the commercial success of Zen Educate Limited, working closely with school leaders to build relationships and upskill wider teams.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial leadership or school leadership, preferably both, with a proven track record of success. Rapid career growth and a desire for further growth opportunities are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the commercial success of Zen in supporting secondary schools in Liverpool.
  • Own commercial output, set targets and execute strategies, build relationships with school leaders and upskill wider teams.
  • Collaborate with team leaders across the business, design and execute effective campaigns.
  • Provide line management to Account Managers.
  • Build senior strategic relationships with senior stakeholders within your region - Executive School leaders, Trust CEOs etc.
