We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Programme Manager for Liverpool. In this position, you will be responsible for the overall management of the Youth Hub, including developing and building on existing links with Jobcentre Plus Advisors and external partners and organisations.

About the Role:

You will line manage two mentors and a Hub volunteer, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources to succeed. Additionally, you will be responsible for financial accountability and completing monthly returns and reports to DWP on performance and targets.

We require someone with experience of developing partnerships and multi-agency working. The successful candidate will also have a relevant qualification at Level 4 or above.

Benefits:
  • A competitive salary of £29,227 - £31,738 per annum.
  • 35 hours per week (including evening and weekend work).
