Programme Coordinator

The LCVS is seeking a highly skilled Programme Coordinator to join their team in Liverpool. This is a full-time, fixed-term position funded until 31 March 2025.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will co-design, deliver and evaluate an innovative NCS Targeted Programme, focusing on providing engaging experiences for young people. The programme will consist of 12-week group work sessions across Liverpool, Sefton, and Knowsley.
Main Objectives:
- To design and deliver an effective programme that empowers young people to take ownership of their NCS journey.
- To collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless programme delivery.
- To evaluate the programme's impact and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have experience in programme management and evaluation.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of youth development principles.
Benefits:
