Programme Manager Job Summary
Role OverviewWe are looking for a Neurodiversity Programme Manager to lead the coordination of our health screening programme at The Peoples Place.
The programme supports children and young people with ADHD and/or other neurodiverse diagnoses by developing relationships with healthcare organisations, funders, and the community.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers and networks.
- Liaising with EitC's GP and health promotion team to ensure smooth programme delivery.
- Coordinating a comprehensive support programme for children and young people with an ADHD diagnosis or suspected diagnosis.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of our target audience while adhering to our safeguarding policies and procedures.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in programme management, preferably in a health-related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve programme goals.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong organisational and time-management skills, as well as a passion for supporting individuals with neurodiverse conditions.
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
