Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement resilience strategies to support our business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
  • Design and deliver training programmes to enhance resilience capabilities
  • Conduct business impact analyses to inform resilience planning
  • Develop and maintain business continuity plans
  • Coordinate emergency response planning and exercises
  • Monitor and report on resilience performance metrics

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in resilience, risk management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing resilience strategies
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with senior management and stakeholders
