Community Health Development Officer Job Description
About the RoleWe are seeking a Community Health Development Officer to join our team at Everton Football Club.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating our health screening programme at The Peoples Place, which aims to support children and young people with ADHD and/or other neurodiverse diagnoses.
Your key responsibilities will include developing relationships with healthcare organisations, funders, and the community, as well as coordinating a support programme for children and young people with an ADHD diagnosis or suspected diagnosis.
You will work closely with our team to deliver innovative solutions for children and young people living with ADHD and/or other neurodiverse diagnoses.

To understand the Club's Safeguarding policy, procedures, and best practice guidelines.
Requirements
- Experience of working in a community setting, preferably in a health-related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve programme goals.
This is a fixed-term position, working 35 hours per week. You will travel independently to various sites across the Liverpool City Region, attending sessions and meetings at times working evening and weekends.
