Job Description:
">As our Community Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the launch of our new student living experience in Liverpool. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies that create a welcoming community, foster resident engagement, and drive business growth.
">Your Key Accountabilities:
">- Establish and maintain strong relationships with residents, university partners, and local stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver marketing campaigns to promote our student living experience.
- Support the General Manager in health and safety compliance, maintaining high operational standards.
- Lead and mentor your team, providing feedback, development plans, and fostering a positive, values-driven work environment.
Requirements:
">- A natural people-person with a passion for community building and resident engagement.
- Experience in PBSA, hospitality, or a similar customer-focused role.
- Proven skills in event planning, social media management, and customer service.
- A can-do attitude, with the flexibility and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- Familiarity with CRM and booking systems.
Salary and Benefits:
">We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £37,000 per annum, plus benefits.
