Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a graduate to join our Human Resources Graduate Programme. This is the perfect start for a graduate looking to develop their people management skills as they relate to an organisation and build a long term career in HR. It is an exciting time to join our department as it has grown considerably over the past two years and plays an increasingly more important role in the decision making process across the business in the UK and globally.

Based in Liverpool, at our UK Global Headquarters, the role will initially involve an 18 month development programme. During the programme you will complete rotations across our HR team allowing you to gain experience in talent acquisition, learning and development, operations and supporting HR projects as well as the opportunity to work on more traditional Human Resource case work.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE

**Essential**

**Required Work Experience**
- Previous experience working with Human Resources is desirable but not essential.

**Required Qualifications**

**Required Languages**
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Other languages including French and Portuguese are advantageous.
