Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Site Supervisor to join our team at Vital Human Resources. As a Civil Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards are attained and continuously improved on a rail project based in Liverpool.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of site personnel to ensure efficient and safe working practices.
- Assist the works delivery Manager in planning and executing civils works on site.
- Monitor and report on site progress, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement site-specific procedures to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Civil Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of rail construction practices and regulations.
- CITB Construction Skill Certificate Scheme or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
