Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our HR and Training team at the Titanic Hotel Liverpool. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Director and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on our HR and Payroll system
- Administer all HR-related paperwork, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and provide support to managers and staff
- Coordinate employee inductions and onboarding processes
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including interviewing and communicating with Heads of Departments
- Produce reports and data analysis to support business decisions
- Provide administrative support to the HR Director and other members of the HR team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Human Resources Administration or a related field
- CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in Human Resource Practice or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other HR software systems
