**Job Description:**
The successful candidate will have a background in HR, preferably in a not-for-profit or public sector environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that all HR systems and procedures are in place, including recruitment and administration. You will also act as the key point of contact with external HR Advisers to ensure internal policies and procedures comply with Employment Law regulations at all times.

**Responsibilities:**
* Manage the organisation's People function, recruitment, and administration to ensure the appropriate HR systems and procedures are in place.
* Be the key point of contact with external HR Advisers to ensure internal policies and procedures comply with all Employment Law regulations at all times.
* Provide advice and guidance to the Chief Executive and Senior Management Team on regulatory and compliance matters both external and internal.
* Oversee office management and liaise with 3rd party providers such as Health & Safety, DBS, landlords, legal providers, pensions providers, etc.
* Support in board meetings taking minutes and compiling board papers.

**What We Offer:**
