Austin Fraser is seeking a dedicated and ambitious HR Coordinator Assistant to join their team in Liverpool. As an HR Coordinator Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of the company.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an exceptional candidate who can provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing data, and providing expert advice to managers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the HR team, including maintenance of employee records, preparation of reports, and coordination of events.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and organisational policies, maintaining accurate records and supporting the management of GDPR compliance.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Coach and support managers on performance development, including goal-setting, appraisals, and addressing performance gaps.
Requirements:
  • A solid foundation in HR, ideally at the HR Advisor level, with a desire to grow into a more strategic position.
  • Familiarity with employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, coupled with a genuine interest in developing your HR expertise.
  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is desirable but not essential.
