As we continue to drive innovation and community-led initiatives, we are seeking an exceptional Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR team in managing day-to-day operations, payroll administration, and maintaining accurate records.

This fixed-term contract until December 2025 aims to cover maternity leave, providing an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to make a lasting impact. We welcome flexible working arrangements and are open to exploring alternative hour commitments.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining our training matrix up to date, booking relevant courses, and obtaining necessary certifications.
  • Supporting payroll processes by administering overtime and time off in lieu, ensuring timely completion of monthly reports.
  • Creating engaging job adverts, posting them on relevant platforms, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews during recruitment drives.

We offer a competitive salary range of £23,000 to £26,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, reflecting the market standards for this role in the region.
