About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated individual to lead our Global HR Transformation project. As a Global HR Transformation Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering this transformation across multiple countries, ensuring smooth implementation, process optimization, and the adoption of new HR technologies and systems.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering the successful centralisation of HR services, policy harmonization, and implementation of new technology in countries across two waves;
  • Working closely with the project lead and coordinator to ensure timely execution of project milestones and keeping the project on schedule and within budget;
  • Overseeing the harmonisation of HR policies across multiple countries, ensuring consistency with global standards while adhering to local legal requirements;
  • Capturing stakeholder buy-in and managing relationships with the project team, HR Service Centers (HRSC), Centers of Expertise (COEs), and HR Business Partnering teams;
  • Delivering process documentation and mapping across participating countries, identifying key steps, dependencies, and areas for improvement;
  • Creating and curating Tier 0 knowledge articles for employee self-service portals, ensuring employees have access to clear, easy-to-understand resources for navigating HR processes.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR transformation or project delivery roles, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale multi-country HR projects;
  • Experience with HR process documentation, mapping, and knowledge article creation;
  • Familiarity with HR technology implementations and policy harmonization;
  • Strong project delivery and process optimisation skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and deliver results on time;
  • A deep understanding of global HR compliance, including GDPR and local labor law requirements.
