Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Program Specialist to join our team in London or Peterborough. As a key member of the Reward Team, you will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise on compensation, benefits, and recognition programs globally.

You will lead the annual Reward processes, including pay review and bonuses, and support the Head of Reward on projects such as incentive design, new initiatives, etc.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead the annual Reward processes such as pay review and bonuses
  • Support the Reward Analyst in maintaining the Job Levels (Aon Radford Methodology) and complete the annual salary survey. Support on Benchmarking governance
  • Review salary ranges and ensure they are up to date and capture market shifts
  • Support the Head of Reward on development and research of new initiatives
  • Lead on the implementation of new reward initiatives
  • Preparing adhoc presentations and proposals
  • Manage relationships with third party benefit providers and resolve escalated benefits + pensions queries (2nd Stage)

Required Skills and Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have experience across all areas of compensation and benefits, with knowledge of pay structures, bonus/incentive design, job analysis/evaluation and benchmarking.

Advanced excel and numeric skills are essential, as well as the ability to translate complicated Reward topics/jargon into wording that is easy understand.
