We are looking for an experienced Reward Program Coordinator to help us manage our compensation and benefits programs. As a key member of our People & Organisation team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our reward strategy and ensuring it remains aligned with company objectives and industry benchmarks.

Main Responsibilities
  • You will assist with Compensation and Benefits process, including pay reviews, bonuses, job grading, and salary benchmarking.
  • Manage end-to-end benefits administration, utilizing your advanced Excel skills to analyze and present complex data.

This is a full-time, permanent role offering hybrid working arrangements. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as a discretionary bonus, private healthcare, life assurance, and retail discounts.
