Senior IT Client Relationship Manager

CV-Library is looking for a highly motivated and skilled IT Account Manager to join our team. As a Microsoft Partnered Managed Service Provider, we require someone to build strong relationships within our existing client base.
Job Overview:- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Ensure exceptional customer service
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience as an IT Account Manager or in a similar role. You will be working closely with a team of 6 Account Managers, contributing to our company's continued growth and success.
The role is hybrid, allowing you to work from home or our office in Tamworth, West Midlands. Travel costs will be reimbursed. We also offer optional team-building and social events from our London head office.
This exciting opportunity offers a salary up to £75,000 OTE (On Target Earnings) + Bonus, basic salary up to £55,000.
